Funeral Arrangements

Typically the funeral home contacts the parish to make arrangements (if a relative dies elsewhere, please contact the parish office directly at 330-264-8824). Our bereavement ministers are available to help plan the funeral liturgy with the family. A funeral planning guide is available below to assist in the selection of readings and music. 

ST. MARY CEMETERY INFORMATION

St. Mary Cemetery is located in Wooster on Madison Avenue, across from the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center. It consists of ten acres for traditional burials and columbarium interment. The cemetery serves as a symbol of the extended church community, a community unbroken by death. As with the Sacrament of the Eucharist, we celebrate the death and resurrection of the Lord, offered to us as the promise of eternal life

MARY'S TEARS GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP

Support sessions are offered twice a year.  Please contact the parish office at 330/264-8824 if the death of a loved one is imminent or if you have experienced the loss of a loved one.
